Job vacancy – Junior Helpdesk Analyst / Engineer
Required – full time helpdesk engineers training for 1st line role, to work within a busy but friendly IT support department.

The Role –
Integral part of our growing helpdesk team – working alongside 1st line engineers with the support of 2nd and 3rd line above and helpdesk assistants below, assisting our ever growing and varied client base of supported customers with their IT issues. Structured environment with systems in place and training provided. Mainly telephone / remote access based support with some on site work. Successful candidates will be expected to patiently deal with customers on phone and enter accurate notes into our ticketing system. Ability to work as part of a team a prerequisite but special projects and responsibilities will be allocated, so ability to work on your own initiative required.

Required Skills –
- Customer service (possibly retail, helpdesk)
- Good communication skills (confident use of English language)
- Technical background
- Keen interest in IT
- Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Good organisational and timekeeping abilities
- Literate as precise and legible note taking required
Preferred Skills –
- IT related experience
- IT Qualification / s
£16 to £18k dependant on skill set and experience.
